A nationwide Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey commissioned by the Stratbase Group revealed that Marcos is no longer in the coveted “Magic 12,” or the top Senate contenders likely to win seats. The survey, conducted from April 11 to 15 with 1,800 respondents, has a margin of error of ±2.31%. Senator Bong Go, who’s also running for reelection and a staunch ally of the Dutertes, claimed solo lead in the poll. Clad in black clothing, the two sought to highlight what they described as the country’s bleak state amid ongoing challenges.
